Magic Word “MBA”

Re-define your career!!

We are taking about business, management education, low cost MBA degree and how to get it.
If you are thinking to re-shape your career and achieve the best of success, then I am sure that being able to spare few minutes to read this article, might take you closer to the riches.Whether you are an arts graduate,or a science graduate,or a commerce graduate,or an engineer,MBA is home for you, all.
But now the question arises is, do you at all need an MBA degree.I accede to the fact that not all of us needs an MBA degree, but it won’t be very cool to announce that, one doesn’t have an MBA degree either. Most logic would be suffice to prove that playing with an MBA degree will definitely not be a pauper’s game.Actually, not just any MBA degree but an MBA degree from a premier business school is necessary. An MBA from a top B-school will help you make a quick transition from a mid-level role to a senior management position, where you will have the opportunity to take strategic decisions. If you browse through the job descriptions of senior positions across industries, you can see that MBA is the preferred degree, though perhaps not mandatory. Consulting is one profession where an MBA is mandatory to grow to an associate or higher levels. So, the lack of an MBA degree may not be a show-stopper but it will be a huge reason for career stagnation.
I am sure the colossal admission expenditures might scare you more than the childhood eerie horror recitals. This is where,I feel there is an urgent need for introspection.Indeed your point of concern is valid. In today’s ‘Value for money’ world, there is no room for such profligacy, that we spend millions for an MBA degree,no matter how big the brand of the institute might be.There are some MBA institutes like JBIMS-Mumbai(jamnalal bajaj institute of management),FMS-Delhi(Faculty of Management Studies),TISS-Mumbai(Tata Institute of Social Sciences),etc which provide extreme value for money. With economic cycles shortening rapidly and recession looming every now and then, more of such ‘Value for money’ institutes should be made available for the MBA aspirants.
To conclude with I must reverberate the value of MBA and then peacefully sign off.

Statutory Warning:-Bookish knowledge of two years MBA program would serve no food, what matters is the right attitude and instead the correct vision one aims to be along with sustained hard work ,would lead to a successful life.
